Steve and Kim contributed a chapter titled Never Let a Good Crisis Go to Waste. The chapter is honest, motivational, and shaped by the kind of perspective that only comes from rebuilding and moving forward with purpose. 

A Mission Bigger Than Business 

What makes this story especially meaningful is that the book also supports the United Leukodystrophy Foundation

Steve and Kim have chosen to donate all proceeds from their contribution directly to the charity. The decision is deeply personal. 

Their daughter, Ashley, passed away from a rare neurological disorder. Her life, and the love behind her legacy, as well as the memorable moments they created in Ocean City became the inspiration for the company’s name.

“Heavenly” honors Ashley, who is remembered in heaven. “Rez” is short for reservations and also a longtime nickname for Steve, short for Resnick.

The name reflects the heart of the company: family, purpose, and meaning.
