To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and electronically sign.
To reserve your week, we will need the following information for the short-term rental agreement:
- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement
- Copy of individual's drivers license
- Home address
- Home and cell phone numbers
- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house
Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home. We include full linen service with all beds made upon your arrival, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels as well as beach tags!
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
