Located on beach block (E. 9th Street), you are in the center of everything with only a minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and centrally located to all that OC has to offer. We are right across the street from Augie’s Omelette, Waffle House and Grill.
With parking at a premium at this ideal location, we offer 3 off-street parking spaces (you can fit 2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway). Once you arrive, you can conveniently park and enjoy all of the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere. You don't even have to cross a street to get to the boardwalk/beach!
Includes Private Elevator! This is a one-of-kind property occupying the top 2 levels with 3 fully furnished oversized balconies (one off the master suite with a bistro set and two chaise lounges, one off of the living room with extending dining options to eat outdoors and a swinging chair, and 1 large fully furnished deck on the 3rd level for family get togethers. We spared no expenses when furnishing this vacation house so that you and your family can have the best time possible without any worries.
With a private entrance and elevator, the layout of this unit includes 5 bedrooms with 2 suites (one on each level), 4 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower for easy clean-up after the beach. We have state of the art technology throughout the unit with each of our bedrooms having a Samsung 4K LED Smart TV and alarm clock with a USB charging port for your phones. The open floor living room area has a 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV, 3 Bedrooms have a 55" Samsung 4K Smart TV, 1 has a 43" Samsung Smart TVs and the bunk bedroom has a 32" Samsung Smart TV. We also upgraded to Premium HD cable package with high-speed (blast) WIFI throughout the house (no dead spots as we use an ORBI whole house WIFI extension system).
The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art-stainless steel appliances with quartz counter tops and a breakfast bar area that has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room has a massive table that seats 10 people and the living room has 2 three-seat sofas (one w/pull out sleeper bed) and 2 comfortable accent chairs.
The modern elegance of this beach home and it's unbeatable location (beach block in the heart of Ocean City) make this the perfect vacation getaway!
To secure your vacation, we require a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email the rental agreement and you will review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned after 7 business days of your checkout).
To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you the short-term rental agreement:
- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement
- Copy of individual's drivers license
- Home address
- Home and cell phone numbers
- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house
Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home. We include full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels as well as 12 beach tags!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

I am a stay-at-home mom as well as the volunteer director for Special Spaces, where I design dream bedroom makeovers for children with life-threatening illnesses. I have also been a wish granter for the Make A Wish Foundation for over 10 years.
