These unique rentals combine two adjacent condos, offering ample room while maintaining separate living spaces for added comfort. While there is no interior connection between the units, guests can easily move between them via exterior access points. Each condo features its own fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, and private amenities, ensuring both shared and personal spaces for a seamless stay.

Inside, the home has been thoughtfully updated with brand-new furniture, plush carpeting, fresh paint, and smart TVs in every room. The open-concept living space is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can unwind after a day at the shore. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests, there’s plenty of room for everyone.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third offers a double bed. The fourth bedroom is designed with two twin bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space for guests.

For your convenience, the home is fully equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, an iron, and a fully stocked kitchen for a hassle-free stay. Guests also have access to a shared ice machine and a Phoenix beach cart with balloon tires, making it easy to carry your beach gear across the sand.

This property offers off-street parking only. Free street parking is available on Central Avenue. Please be mindful not to block our neighbor’s driveway. We are not responsible for vehicles being towed.
