Located on beach block (E. 9th Street), you are in the center of everything with only a minute walk to the beach/boardwalk and centrally located to all that OC has to offer. We are right across the street from Augie’s Omelette, Waffle House and Grill.

With parking at a premium at this ideal location, we offer 2 off-street parking spaces (1 garage and 1 driveway). Once you arrive, you can conveniently park and enjoy all of the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere. You don't even have to cross a street to get to the boardwalk/beach!

We spared no expenses when furnishing this vacation house so that you and your family can have the best time possible without any worries. With a private entrance, the layout of this unit includes 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms  and an outdoor shower for easy clean-up after the beach. We have state of the art technology throughout the unit with each of our spacious bedrooms having a flat screen HDTV. We also upgraded to Premium HD cable package with high-speed WIFI throughout the house.

The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art-stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops and a long breakfast bar area that has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room has a table that seats 6 people and the oversized living room has has a modern sofa (w/pull out sleeper beds) and beautiful ottoman. 

The modern elegance of this beach home and it's unbeatable location (beach block in the heart of Ocean City) make this the perfect vacation getaway!

To secure your vacation, you will sign a short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven days of receipt. We will email a link to the rental agreement and you will review and electronically sign. You will then send us your first payment. The first payment includes 50% of the rental rate and the cleaning / linen service fee. The second and final payment is due 30 days prior to your check-in date and includes the remaining balance as well as a $500 refundable security deposit (returned within 7 business days of your checkout).

To secure your reservation, we will need the following information:
- Name(s) you want on the rental agreement
- Copy of individual's drivers license
- Home address
- Home and cell phone numbers
- List of all occupants that will be staying at the beach house

Please note that our vacation home is smoke-free, is not handicap accessible and we do not allow pets. Absolutely NO Senior Week Rentals. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new home. We include full linen service, pillows, blankets, beach towels, bath towels as well as beach tags!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
